Ayurvedically was founded by young entrepreneur Pradhuman Singh after a life-changing incident—his father, an army man with an otherwise disciplined and healthy lifestyle, suffered a sudden Heart attack . This shook Pradhuman’s belief in what we call ‘healthy living’ and pushed him to explore the deeper foundations of health, nutrition, and preventive wellbeing.

Leaving behind a high-paying sales career in an ed-tech company, Pradhuman immersed himself in Ayurveda. Guided by the principle “Ahar Shuddho, Satva Shuddhi”—pure food cultivates a pure and healthy mind—he discovered a powerful truth:
