Return and Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be raised within 5 days of receiving the product.

  • Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a return.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:

  • If the return request is made after 5 days of product delivery.

  • If the product is used, damaged, or not in its original condition.

  • If the product was purchased during a sale or promotional offer (unless defective).

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear image of the product and packaging.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed and shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Opened personal care products (such as soaps, creams, and shampoos).

  • Perishable items (such as spices, flour, and edible oils) once opened.

  • Customized or special-order products.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
