  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once the order is processed, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

    • Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days

    • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or natural calamities.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on orders above 1000/-

  • For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for bulk orders or deliveries to remote locations.

4. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within India.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • You can track your order using the provided link on our website or through the courier partner’s tracking portal.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • Ayurvedically is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Ayurvedically is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged package or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear images of the damaged product and packaging for a faster resolution.

  • We will either replace the damaged product or offer a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
